A rare caravan to find on a single axle chassis.
Included are wheel clamp, water pump, electrical hook up lead, aqua roll, caravan step.

Front has two bench settees which combine at night to make a large double bed, with a two-drawer unit to the front in between each settee that also has a built-in pull-out table. Above the bench settees are spotlights and to the floor at the front is a 240V socket and aerial point for a TV (no TV in caravan).
Heating provided by the Truma Ultra Heat Ssystem which works on both gas and electricity and provides the whole caravan with blown air central heating.
The central bathroom on the offside has a Thetford cassette toilet, vanity sink with large mirror and pull out shower head meaning that this caravan bathroom can be used as a shower room.
Opposite the bathroom is the kitchen area where you will find a large stainless steel sink and good sized worktop for preparing meals. The Spinflo hob, grill and separate oven give plenty of cooking options and the hob comprises of three gas burners and one electric hot plate. Under the counter is a Thetford three-way fridge which runs on 240V electric, gas and 12V when attached to a tow vehicle. There is also a built-in Sanyo microwave above the cooker for quick meals and a 240V socket for any other appliances.

Plenty of storage throughout the caravan with over head lockers down both sides and over the front area, this is in addition to the storage under the front two bench settees and the rear settee in the dinette area.

Three individual bunks towards the rear of the caravan giving some private space for each occupant. Opposite the bunks is a dinettes area which also converts into another bed. Again with the dinette area to the rear, the pull-out table at the front and also a separate stand-alone table included there is plenty of options to sit at meal-times.

The whole of the rear sleeping area has a pull-out concertina door that divides the rear of the caravan from the front.

Externally there is a gas BBQ point, as well as a large front locker which houses the gas bottle and other caravan items.
