I have for sale my 2013 318d M Sport Touring that I've owned since December of last year.

General Spec:
- Black leather leather heated seats + black M Sport interior. No wear anywhere on the interior and no stains or blemishes. Isofix points on the rear seats. Rear seats also fold completely flat.
- Sat Nav with Aux/USB input for music. Bluetooth pairing works for wireless streaming music via your phone.
- iDrive system + Sat Nav.
- Parking sensors (PDC) rear. Working flawlessly.
- Auto wipers.
- Auto lights.
- Different driving profiles; Eco, Comfort, Sports, Sport plus.
- Cruise control (new cruise control steering wheel button).
- Automatic electric tailgate (operates via key fob or via button).
- Fully valeted for new owner.
- Private plate valued at £350 will come with the car depending on price.

Exterior:
The car is in fantastic condition for 2013. No rust at all around the front and back arches. No major scrapes or car park dents on any of the panels. Truly a very well looked after example. Some very minor stone chipping to the bonnet and front bumper, however this is to be expected for the age and mileage of the car.
All four wheels are in good condition with minor kerb marks, but are in original factory paint. 4 premium branded runflat tyres: 2x Pirelli purchased for £250 (with receipt) for MOT in December and 2x Falken tyres with good tread. Recently balanced and aligned and the car
Brakes work flawlessly and stops as expected.
Gearbox has had a 3 piece clutch kit installed early 2023 (with receipts).
No unwanted knocks, bangs, or interior creaks. It's a very enjoyable space to be in for long distance driving.

I've also completed a stage 1 paint correction and protection including hydrophobic wax.
There have been a few complimentary additions made to make the overall look of the car appealing and modernised:

- 2 piece front lip in gloss black has been added (£60~)
- M4/M3 style front mirror caps (£30~ with originals included).
- Previous owner fitted upgraded H&R 40mm~ lowering springs front and back (with receipts)
Interior:
Spotless and flawless interior. Recently I changed the drivers's door handle cover as it had become sticky and gummy and the cruise control steering wheel button has been replaced as it previously caused the cruise control not to function. Rear luggage cover present and I've added a rear rubber bootliner which will come with the car.

Servicing:
Partial service history from independent garages, including BMW wallet and book pack.
In early 2023 it had a full timing chain replacement with receipts to prove, including a 3 piece clutch kit at total cost of £2,500~. At the same time a full service was completed along with replacing various known seals that are prone to failing; Oil filter housing seal being one of them.
I further serviced the oil, air, fuel and pollen filters in December including oil for peace of mind. The car is therefore needing nothing except to be driven.
For MOT it required engine management light putting out (EML). This turned out to be a disconnect MAF sensor, which was the only advisory.
For peace of mind I've completed a DPF & EGR solution including a stage 1 remap for fuel efficiency, as I was intending on keeping the car for longer.
I also fitted the common steering rack bushing.
Previous owner fitted a drivers lower front arm.
Previous owner replaced both front drop links.
Previous owner replaced the battery but lost the invoice.
All recalls have been completed by Bavarian Belfast (report included).
No warning lights on at all.

Niggles, but want to be honest:
Front splitter has a small piece missing (about 20mm) from it due to my work's carpark entrance being too steep (new splitter is £50).
There is 1 extremely shallow carpark dent on the passenger's quarter panel near the fuel flap.
1 small stone chip at the top left of the front windscreen, which has been professionally filled in and so won't fail MOT.
There is 1 small mark on the passenger side of the rear bumper that's around 20mm. But hardly noticeable.
1 advisory from BMW Bavarian during the recall service was play in the N/S/R wheel bearing. I asked a local BMW specialist if it needs immediate attention and I was advised it's more than satisfactory and within tolerance.

I'm selling the car as I'm currently in the process of moving house so I'm having to sell my car to help with funds. I am genuinely in no rush and thoroughly enjoy how the car looks and drives, which the new owner will agree. There isn't many F31 M Sport Tourings with the timing chain replaced & 3 piece clutch kit in Northern Ireland including HPI clear. I'm therefore open to very sensible offers and will not accept low ball offers. I've done my research before buying the car these come up vary rarely and when they do, they need the timing chain replaced and have 50-60k miles more, with more owners and they're CAT N/S.
