2019 Jaguar XE 2.0d 'HSE' (Auto) 180BHP with only 10,438 miles!!!

Car was first registered on 13.05.19 from a Jaguar main dealership in Oxford in England. It was then purchased by its current owner from Donnelly Bros Jaguar Dealership in Dungannon just a few months later in early 2020 with only 2k miles on the clock.
Covid 19 then struck and due to the concurrent lockdowns the elderly gentleman that purchased the car didn't drive it at all from February 2020 until the late autumn of 2021. The car was locked away in his garage for that whole period of time. and so from the end of lockdown until now he only added an additional 8k miles on to the cars odometer. so now, as it currently sits here today the car only has 10,438 miles on it.
Sadly the elderly gentleman that owns the car can no longer drive it due to capacity issues and therefore the car has had to be placed up for sale.

There is only 1 other 2019 'HSE' spec'd XE on Autotrader UK's website today with under 10k miles and it is priced at £25,699 so this car is an absolute steal for any prospective buyer.
The car can only be described as being in absolutely pristine condition, and as it is the 'HSE' (High Spec Edition) there are just too many optional extras to list but some of these these include Apple Car Play, high end 'Meridian' sound system, DAB Radio, Bluetooth, electrically adjusted rake and reach steering wheel, 'Track', 'Comfort', and 'Eco' mode driver's settings, Sat Nav, power and heated Jaguar leather sports interior, all round park assist and reversing camera, cruise control, dual climate control. the list goes on and on! Plus the car comes with all accompanying paperwork including main dealer service history, user's manuals and spare key. and it has just had a brand new MOT so it will not need tested again until 21.07.25.
It truly is an exceptionally beautiful car with no anomalies whatsoever so any inspection or queries are very welcome.
