I have owned this car from new and im still driving it every day 17 years later. There has never been anthing that went wrong with the car except what you would call normal wear and tear.Ball joints in the front suspension last about 5 yrs then you need to replace the wishbones. With almost 220000 miles on the clock it still starts first time.the exhaust lasted to 136000 and still using the replacement.original starter and alternator still working.gone through 3 clutch kits ,original drives and cv joints, easy and cheap to service, not the best driving car in the world (a bit boaty) on the bends but it is reliable and the bodywork is in very good condition even though i have NEVER polished it in my life-I can honestly say it is the best car I have ever owned ,neighbours all comment on it as its been here before most of them. All I can say is thank you to FIAT I,d take another one tomorrow

2010 Honda Civic Petrol Manual Hatchback by Azzymo • 31st July 2014
Having enjoyed* owning an 05 Civic I bought a 2010 1.8 si for that little bit more style. For a family hatchback the 5dr Civic looks great. I made sure to pick out Si spec, honeycomb grill, fogs and 1/2 leather. The only I would like is cruise control. That aside, the 1.8 is a decent driving car. The vtec returns fantastic mpg for a 140bhp engine but also if you want to put the foot down, on come the vtec lights and away you go! Handling is decent, manoeuvring requires a little more attention, turning circle atrocious and a little too much road noise. On the plus side the boot is huge! I mean no other stylish hatchback will come close, it even includes a hidden storage compartment underneath plus the back seats fold fully flat AND fold upwards giving a full rear floor without collapsing the seatbacks. The perfect family wagon that won't cost the earth, won't let you down whilst looking good

Smashes all the boxes! Over 300 miles to £40 of diesel. Remap to 130BHP and even easier on diesel now. Had it over 6 months and haven't fitted a lightbulb to it! It needs rear axle bushes but the car is 15 and when you buy an older car expect to replace parts! Have to laugh at these people buying a 10+ years car and gurning and whinging about replacing bushes, steering arms etc. BEST CAR IVE EVER OWNED WITHOUT A DOUBT! While I do agree that newer VW's, Audis etc are definately not as good or well put together as the older ones. Then again why is this? BECAUSE THE MAJORITY OF PARTS AND ASSEMBLY ISN'T GERMAN!!!

Huge pleasure to drive and the supercharged 4 litre engine gives addictive overtaking performance.

Amazingly good condition for its year: feels more like an 8 year old car than 18.

So comfortable to sit in. I did a 400 mile trip in one day and emerged with a huge grin.

Marked down on costs because of high car tax and stonkingly bad petrol consumption. But has amazing second hand value so low / negative depreciation certainly helps the wallet. And the smiles per gallon is practically unbeatable.

I can't believe I was able to get this car... utterly brilliant.

2004 Vauxhall Corsa Petrol Manual Hatchback by Rob • 9th July 2014
Good enough wee car for first time driver. handy insured. hard enough on petrol for a 1.2 about 35mpg was expecting more like 45mpg. doesn't handle the greatest but good for round the town. barely had any trouble with mine only needed a coil pack when I bought it over a year ago and has done the last 20.000 miles with out missing a beat and if anything does go wrong Vauxhall parts in general are easy come by and cheap like my coil pack was £25. My family has had several Corsa's and Nova's as both rally cars and road cars and all were very good no real bother with any of them apart from one of the nova's was put through a hedge lol. Only thing I really don't like about my wee car is that tax is nearly £80 for 6 months and the handling of the car but all in all is a good starters car.

2008 Mazda 3 Petrol Manual Hatchback by Kevin82 • 23rd June 2014
I love this car! The Sporty design is backed up by plenty of power. The dash is stunning and the space both in the rear and boot is surprising. MPG is decent, especially when compared to other similar cars such as a focus, which was my last car. Cheap insurance and zero problems since i purchased it 3 years ago. Tires, Oil, Wipers...that is all this car has ever asked.

I bought this wee car nearly 2 yrs ago and its been just great, easy on the eye, economical, never failed to start, still had origional tyres until last month, handles well and was exceptional in the bad weather when I was sailing past other makes stuck on hills etc. If I were going to bad mouth it in any way it would be the lack of power from the 1.4. the car is full of safety features which makes it a little heavy so down on grunt suffer a little. I'd change it for another one no problem, GOOOOOOOD WEE CAR
