2005 Volvo V70 Diesel Manual Estate by Kieran • 18th January 2013
I have this car 4 years on the 9/1/13 and i also bought this car from mark kearnan in newry. he is a sound bloke to deal with and you can trust his motors.anyway i bought this car with high miles on it 92000 and i have done another 40000 and had no bother at all ,only mot times ie brakes tyres the normal services. I m always looking at cars mark has but finding it very hard to part with my V70 . My honest opinion is that they are a brill car go for one with FSH and all the extras and dont be afraid of one with big miles. see mark he is ur man if u want one at the rite money.

2011 Renault Scenic Diesel Manual 6 speed MPV by Clairehouston61 • 17th January 2013
My scenic has just turned two years old with 26,000 miles on it and im over the moon with it, This is my second scenic and have to admit the new model has came on leaps and bounds from the older model. Driving to Dublin on a regular basis i get 55-58 MPG and the specification of the Dynamique Tom Tom is everything you would need in a car. Overall very impressed

whats to say really, reliable, solid, comfy to drive, loads of room ..i owned my vectra for around two years and sadly sold it a while back(moved to citroen)but its time now to start looking for another before they disapear for good...why buy your over priced and over rated vw/audi when vauxhall (in my eyes) are built just as well than any passat/golf/jetta

2004 Volvo S60 Diesel Manual Saloon by Harney1979 • 11th January 2013
This is my first Volvo and my next car will be another Volvo. The D5 engine is great. Plenty of torque / power to pull out and pass when you need it yet very good return on MPG. I get 48 MPG average on a tank of diesel which is great for this size of car. The best car i've had yet!

2005 Renault Grand Espace Diesel Automatic People carrier by dissapointed owner • 17th December 2012
really nice car when first purchased from johnston yar dealer in knock, belfast, soon turned out to be the worst car i have ever owned. terrible mpg, 25!over £2000 of repairs needed, after being told it had a full service history!mot was done by seller, not worth the paper it was written on,car broke down days later.maybe i was just conned by dodgey dealer, i really wanted this to be a good car, never again, i sold it and got a ford.

1995 Vauxhall Cavalier Petrol Manual Saloon by Chris Clenaghan • 12th December 2012
Having owned and drove a number these cavaliers over the years they are good going car and proves the point that there is still some good examples of them about today.

Parts are cheap, can do big millage with out any major issues, and still get the looks from the people who always wanted or had one when they where younger.

2006 Vauxhall Zafira Diesel Manual MPV by Breffny2012 • 10th December 2012
Firstly i have a reason for giving a good Score as i sell mostly Zafira's but this is not a sales pitch. The best thing i can say is Value For Money, and that is both petrol and Diesel versions. Most practical in regards to quick seat adjustment and the middle set on a sliding rail is excellent for extra boot space.1.9 Diesel has some minor issues (egr Valves,Flywheels)but then again every modern diesel car has the same issues and at least they are not a total fortune to get fixed.New 1.7 diesel is a big improvement.Petrols go for 1.6 as 1.8 can be a bit thirsty .Overall having sold 100s of these i can only highly praise them as not an alternative to the overpriced Ford and VW equivelents but as a much smarter and wiser investment which wont break the bank.

now my 3rd Mazda3 and without a doubt the best driving car yet. Bags of power from the sweet 2.2 diesel engine and loads of low down pulling power, and 50mpg to boot. High spec beating any of the german brands, will eat a GTTdi

Sharp handling and loads of grip for a big car. Well screwed together and equipped! Great agressive styling. Love the front end especially! Its also plenty fast enough and you dont even need to drop it down a gear to overtake, effortless! Clutch has an on or off nature and is a bit jerky to use. Apart from that, stonking car for little money!

2004 BMW 5 Series Diesel Automatic Saloon by emey • 12th November 2012
bought my 530d 6months ago its a 06, it realy is the best car i have ever owned, it will do 29/30mpg on avg, on motorway around 45/50mpg. running cost is abit more than your everyday vectra ect, but you dont get vectras like this, its like floting down roads and not driving, but in corners its a go kart!! mates of mine have 04/05 530s the did have the odd oil leek but its always a easy fix, if you dont mind paying extra tax, service, and 19inch tyres arnt cheep!! then get 1 you will not regret it, if you have the few extra £££s it takes to keep them,

2004 Ford Focus Diesel Manual Hatchback by S & A • 26th October 2012
Bought this Focus in 2005 aged 16 months with about 10k on the clock. 1.8 TDCi Zetec 115. Car never let us down at any point. Properly serviced at the recommended intervals and nothing ever went wrong. Treat a car well and I doubt it will let you down. Sold at around 90,000 miles last year and will be good for another 100k im sure. Upgraged to a new model 1.6 TDCi Titanium and so far another lovely Ford. No costs to date. Would have no hesitation buying another. Cant understand why people expect to be able to run a car into the ground and expect it to provide loyal cost free service.

2011 Audi A3 Diesel Manual Hatchback by Seamus • 26th October 2012
Have owned my A3 S-line Black edition from new for just over a year and a half. Standard trim considering this is the top of the range bar the S3 is a bit basic compared to many mainstream cras and soon adds to the list price if adding them as options. Now with little over 28k on the clock I have to say I have been very happy with everything so far. Long life service schedule means only 1 service so far which was very reasonable at my local independent garage. Ride is a bit frim being the s-line trim but suits me fine. Looks well from every angle and does receive a lot of looks from passers by. Only real expense so far is the tyres, front doing about 12k rear just about done at 28k but costly enough to replace at around £170 each.
