Great value Mazda 4x4 jeep
100%
Mazda Tribute 4x4 by Scott Kidd • 23rd October 2012
This Mazda Tribute has to be one of the most under rated cars on the road. It drives and handles like a car and gives good MPG for a 4x4.There is loads of room for the family and all are very robust and can take abuse form the kids! I would highly recommend this car to anyone as I,ve had two of them without giving any trouble at all.Much better value than the german jeeps and less likey to break down!

2006 Ford Focus Diesel Manual Hatchback by not too happy • 4th October 2012
Bought a 2006 1.6 tdci focus in january 12. Had quite a few problems with it. Spent approx £500 in 9 months and has been very hard on diesel, which I wasn't expecting. Had to get a new starter motor a few weeks ago and its now running better and is definitely easier on fuel (no idea why a new starter motor would make it run better though). Up until this I could happily have taken a box of matches and a gallon of petrol to it, just to be shot of it, but I'm slightly happier now its running better. Would think very carefully before buying another Ford.... I'm basing the review on the first 9 months experience.. Maybe in another few months if it keeps going as well as it now the review would be a lot higher..

AMAZING VALUE 4X4

2009 SsangYong Actyon Diesel Manual 4x4 by sammie • 1st October 2012
I have owned my vehicle for the past 2 years and it has been very reliable, a real pleasure to own and drive. Runing costs are very good returning over 45mpg and being the lower tax its fantastic. I have owned BMW X5's and Range Rovers in the past and none any better to drive that the Actyon, and none as cost effective either. If you want a proper 4x4 at sensible money and runing costs then buy one of these, i would'nt swop mine for any other 4x4 on the market today.

Saw reviews from other users - all good. I liked the space and finish, though I did think road noise was more than in my previous saloons. Got it home and folded the seats. Amazed at the versatility and variety of set up. No fuss conversion to whatever you like in seating - 2, 3, 4, 5. Brilliant car and no drive belt to worry about either.

2000 Peugeot 406 Turbo Diesel Manual Saloon by stig's_teacher • 9th September 2012
A 2000 1.9Tdi Rapier 110 bhp model.
Engine is willing but underpowered even with 110 bhp. Trade off is that its frugal as long as you stick to behaving as though you're driving on fumes, stuck on an unfamiliar road, miles from home. When you start to push on on B roads the miles to go indicator drops and fuel warning light make comes on very quickly.
It creaks and groans a bit and the tyres squeal a little when cornering sharply but she handles quite well for a big bus.
You get what you pay for. I'd get another, if the price was right.

2005 Honda Civic Petrol Manual Hatchback by Nigehenry • 24th August 2012
The Honda Civic sport is a great fun car to drive. It also has the added benefit of the type R body kit which makes it look like a type R at a fraction of the cost. You also have the benefit of Honda's renouned reliability - I have had no problems with mine since I bought it. I would thoroughly recommend it with its low running costs, low insurance, great looks and high fun factor.
